Lisa Marie Glover

Principal

Lisa Marie Glover has more than 25 years in the field of transportation planning.  A committed, motivated, strategic and innovative professional with experience in  corporate, municipal, and governmental business environments, Ms. Glover is an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal and written communication skills, coupled with proven administrative leadership, management and technical skills. Her broad wealth of experience and background can enhance any transportation planning initiatives as she believes that best practices can be a cornerstone of how every company or agency supercharges its performance.

Lisa is recognized for her accomplishments in the transportation industry.  She was selected to participate in the Women’s Transportation Seminar’s Leadership Institute, the Atlanta Regional Commission’s Regional Leadership Institute, the Georgia Academy for Economic Development, and the Urban Land Institute – Atlanta District Council’s Center for Regional Leadership Development.  She has recently selected to participate in the 2018 Class of Leadership DeKalb.

Her professional experience includes the Maryland Department of Transportation, the Detroit Department of Transportation, the Atlanta Committee for the Olympic Games, the Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority.  While employed by DeKalb County, Lisa authored the first grant that awarded a county government, in Georgia, federal funding for the completion of a comprehensive transportation plan.  She also served as the first African American female transportation planning manager in Henry County, Georgia.
